These Terms of Service govern your use of Smoovly. By using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Using Smoovly

Smoovly provides AI-generated dating coaching for personal, lawful use. It is not a substitute for professional advice. You are responsible for how you act on suggestions.

Accounts & subscriptions

You can start free. Paid plans, billing terms, and cancellation details will be described here and in the App Store at the point of purchase.

Acceptable use

Smoovly is built to help you show up as your best self — not to manipulate or harm others. Misuse of the service may result in suspension.

Your content & AI

When you use Smoovly you provide content such as messages, screenshots, and date debriefs. We use that content to provide and improve the service, including to train and improve the AI models that power our coaching features, and we send the content needed to generate responses to third-party AI providers such as OpenAI as our processors. You can ask us not to use your content to train or improve our AI models. How we collect, use, share, and retain your content — and how to exercise that choice — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
